Vintages: an assembly of all our available vintages.

Vinification: First alcoholic fermentation only in temperature-controlled vats followed by malolactic fermentation and then blended with reserve wines kept in temperature-controlled vats.

Ageing: blend of two years of harvest

Available capacity: half-bottle and half dry bottle

Special features: also available in demi-sec

Dosage: 11 g/L

Tasting:
– Eye : light gold colour, fine and full bubbles
– Nose: fresh nose of lightly grilled and candied citrus fruits
– Palate : superb and round mouth with a supple aperitif.

Wine and Food pairings :
With a dish of fish, cold cuts and a Norwegian plate.
