Special features :
To honour a strong personality of the village, we have named a cuvée in his honour. Until the French Revolution, there lived a lord in the name of François Vincent Guyot de Chenizot: a very rich person, who had many distinctions from royalty, but also from the Republic. At his death, having neither descendant nor ascendant, his patrimony was bequeathed according to his will: our village received a farm, a donation for the construction of a school and an orphanage. An important part of our vineyard was part of his property.
Dosage: 4.5g/L
Tasting:

– Nose: a ripe and voluptuous, powerful nose
– Palate: a rich and very fragrant mouth (almond and citrus fruits)
