Sparkling A Grand Crus From Champagne

Grape variety: 25% Chardonnay, 35% Pinot Noir and 40% Pinot Meunier.

Vintages: Châtillon sur Marne, Le Breuil, Binson-Orquigny, Reuil
Vinification : First alcoholic fermentation in temperature-controlled vats and oak tuns followed by malolactic fermentation.

Ageing: only from 2009

Dosage: 6.5 g/L

Tasting:
– Eye : Yellow-green colour tending towards orange, with fine and abundant bubbles.
– Nose: an intense powerful nose, lemony, caramel and ripe, floral,
– Palate: a seductive mouth with good length, nervous and fruity, citrus with notes of white fruit

Wine and Food pairings :
The wine is well suited as an aperitif, with oysters and shellfish.
