Malolactic fermentation is not carried out, in order to preserve the freshness and liveliness of the wine. The wine is then aged in stainless steel tanks before being bottled.
A promising vintage in South Africa in 2014, with wines rich in flavors and aromas. The grapes matured slowly under a temperate climate, offering a beautiful complexity and good structure.
