The grandson of a winemaker in Roussillon, Marc grew up immersed in the world of wine — a family legacy he carries on with dedication and pride. A graduate of the Université du Vin in Suze-la-Rousse, he quickly earned a strong reputation as a sommelier thanks to his deep knowledge of French wines and terroirs. After several years of experience in the field, Marc successfully founded and managed a wine bar in Warsaw, which became a must-visit spot for seasoned wine lovers. Today, he leads Selection Sommelier, a company known for its rigorous wine selection and unwavering commitment to quality. His personal favorite? White Burgundies — especially Meursault — for their refined aromas and exceptional balance.

A true enthusiast of both wine and history, Marta holds a master’s degree in Mediterranean culture, giving her deep insight into the traditions and origins of wine in this heritage-rich region. Her journey into the world of wine began alongside her husband, Marc Torres, whose infectious passion opened the doors to a fascinating universe. She first fell in love with Muscat de Rivesaltes for its sweetness, before developing a taste for the finesse and elegance of white Burgundies. Today, Champagne holds a special place in her heart, admired for its subtlety and unique refinement. With her keen palate and sharp eye, Marta regularly discovers rare and remarkable wines to delight Selection Sommelier’s clientele.

A talented sommelier and specialist in high-end restaurant management, Rémi has built a prestigious international career with key positions in renowned establishments such as the Hyatt in Dubai, the Marriott in Mumbai, and the Intercontinental in Bangkok. His expertise allows him to identify and select remarkable wines tailored to the expectations of a refined global audience. As head of export and wine selection at Selection Sommelier, Rémi ensures that every bottle offered meets the highest standards of quality and prestige. His passion for wine and meticulous attention to detail guarantee the satisfaction of even the most discerning clients.
