This single-vineyard bottling is drawn from the historic 1971 plantings of the Sanford & Benedict Vineyard, a hallowed site within the cool-climate Sta. Rita Hills AVA, yielding a wine of structure, nuance, and remarkable longevity.

• Colour: A luminous, pale ruby.
• Nose: Intricately layered, featuring bright red cherry, cranberry, and pomegranate, with savoury complexity from underbrush, tobacco leaf, and a hint of exotic spice.
• Palate: Medium-bodied, focused, and beautifully structured. It boasts a silky mouthfeel, crisp acidity, and a fine-grained tannic grip, leading to a profound, mineral-driven core.

Pairing & Service
