Rocheyron is an exceptional organic wine resulting from the exciting collaboration between Sylvio Denz of Faugères and Lafaurie-Peyraguey and Peter Sisseck of Pingus. Since 2010, these two experts have been working together on an 8-hectare estate located on the limestone plateau of Saint-Émilion.
Certified organic farming
The estate has been committed to certified organic farming since 2020, emphasizing soil work and gentle vinification at low temperatures. This environmentally friendly approach greatly contributes to the constant improvement of the quality of Rocheyron wines, offering soft and incomparable tannins every year.
