Tasting Profile (Representative Vintage)

• Appearance: Deep, dense purple-violet.
• Bouquet: A complex and pronounced nose of ripe black plums, dark cherry, vanilla, and fine mocha, with a savory, earthy undertone.
• Palate: Full-bodied, yet wonderfully balanced and soft. It showcases a core of sweet fruit framed by firm, ultra-fine tannins that soften into a long, satisfying, and velvety finish.

Serving & Food Match
