Situated just across the Barbanne stream from Pomerol, this wine delivers the plush, Merlot-dominant character of the region but with the signature precision and luxurious oak influence of the Thunevin style.

Tasting Notes

• Colour: A deep, vibrant garnet.
• Nose: Rich and evocative, featuring intense black fruit, wild berries, and forest floor complexity, complemented by fine notes of vanilla pod and cedar from meticulous oak ageing.
• Palate: Smooth and full-bodied, with a generous mid-palate and a velvety mouthfeel. The tannins are fine-grained and soft, leading to a persistent, beautifully balanced finish that speaks of its noble terroir.
