 Armand Rousseau founded this estate in 1902, when he was a majority shareholder, inheriting several parcels of vines located in the commune of Gevrey-Chambertin in Burgundy. Over the years, he bought plots classified as Grand Cru in Clos de la Roche, Mazis Charmes and Chambertin.
