Château Valandraud is the result of Jean-Luc Thunevin’s dream, who was able to create an exceptional wine from a simple “garage wine”. In less than a decade, it became the 1st grand cru classé of Saint-Emilion. It all started with the tasting of Le Pin, which inspired Jean-Luc Thunevin to create a remarkable wine. In 1991, he launched the first vintage of Château Valandraud.
