The history of Château d’Armailhac

Since then, Château d’Armailhac has become a 5th Grand Cru Classé of Pauillac, classified in 1855 under the name of Château Mouton d’Armailhac. It is now recognized for the quality of its wine and its unique flavor.

The D’ARMAILHAC wine, a superior quality wine

The D’ARMAILHAC wine is a blend of several renowned grape varieties, including cabernet sauvignon, merlot, cabernet franc, and petit verdot. The combination of these grape varieties gives the wine a unique flavor and subtle aroma.

The wine is aged in oak barrels for 12 to 16 months, allowing it to develop notes of black fruits and spices, as well as a smooth and velvety texture. It is considered one of the best wines of Pauillac.
