Description of CHÂTEAU THIVIN BROUILLY “REVERDON” ROUGE

The CHÂTEAU THIVIN BROUILLY “REVERDON” ROUGE is a blend of Gamay noir à jus blanc grapes, grown on the slopes of Mont Brouilly. Its intense red color is characteristic of the grape variety used. It is distinguished by its fruity aromas of cherry, raspberry, and blackberry, as well as spicy and floral notes. In the mouth, it offers a beautiful freshness and a perfect balance between acidity and soft tannins. Its finish is long and pleasant.

This character wine is ideal to accompany red meats, sauced dishes, and refined cheeses. It can be tasted now, but can also be stored in the cellar for a few years for later tasting.
