Tasting Notes (Reference Vintage)

• **Colour:** Deep, vivid garnet.
• **Nose:** A powerful yet restrained bouquet of dark forest fruit-think black cherry, damson plum, and cassis-underpinned by a delicate cedar spice, a hint of smoke, and the signature freshness of limestone.
• **Palate:** Exceptionally poised. The wine is medium-full, with a wonderfully silky mouthfeel and a core of focused, fine tannins. The elegance is pronounced, with a mineral drive that ensures a long, balanced, and fresh finish.
