Château De Fieuzal Blanc: A Classified Growth Masterpiece

As a classified growth from Pessac-Léognan, Château De Fieuzal Blanc is one of Bordeaux's most celebrated dry white wines. Sourced from the estate’s exceptional gravel terroir, this blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Sémillon undergoes meticulous vinification and a classic 12-month aging process in French oak. The result is a wine of extraordinary finesse, structure, and aging potential, true to the luxury standard of the Graves region.

Tasting Notes: Richness Meets Precision

The wine showcases a medium-intensity pale gold colour. The bouquet is elegant and complex, offering a gourmet mix of citrus zest, nectarine, white flowers, and a subtle, attractive undercurrent of cloves and gentle toast. The palate is defined by its exceptional balance: a creamy, plush texture is instantly countered by a thrilling, refreshing acidity. Flavours of lemon curd, white peach, and a distinct minerality lead to a long, compelling finish. This is a sophisticated white that offers both immediate pleasure and the promise of greater complexity with age.
