Grape varieties: 100% Chardonnay.
Type of vinification: Pressing in pneumatic press. Low fermentation
temperature to preserve the integrity of the aromas. Aged in the bottle for 10 months
Shelf life: 2 years
Tasting: The robe is bright and light gold in colour. The nose is fine and rich. Notes of
yellow and white fruit are supported by hints of dried fruit. In the mouth the attack is
opulent, the wine balances on roundness, the fruit explodes and is accompanied by notes of
roasted fruit. Nice length, rich finish.
Serving temperature : 10 / 12° C
Instant of consumption: Fish in sauce and Cantal cheese with its small grape.
