• Colour: A deep, rich garnet with a youthful violet rim.
• Nose: Complex and highly expressive. Expect layers of concentrated black fruit (damson, blackcurrant) lifted by the tell-tale floral note of violet, alongside savoury undertones of black olive, white pepper, and a refined hint of smoke and schist minerality.
