Crafted from the same unique gravel and sand terroir in Pessac-Léognan, it captures the essence of the estate with a focus on early drinking pleasure and superb value, without sacrificing the Grand Vin's quality pedigree.

Tasting Notes & Character

• Colour: A deep, intense ruby hue with vibrant cherry highlights.
• Nose: A rich and layered nose, displaying ripe blackcurrant and dark berry fruit, complemented by notes of licorice, sweet spices, and a subtle hint of cedar from the oak aging.
• Palate: Firm and structured, the palate is defined by its silky tannins and a core of intense fruit. It is both opulent and fresh, with a charming texture and a persistent, peppery finish. This is a wonderfully balanced claret.

Pairing & Service

Decanting for an hour is recommended. Serve at 16°C-18°C. This wine is a brilliant match for classic British and French meat dishes.
