Made in very limited volumes, this wine is a masterclass in Bordeaux Blanc, continuing a winemaking tradition that began with the local clergy in the 17th century.

The classic blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Sémillon is meticulously crafted to showcase both vibrant freshness and age-worthy complexity.

• Nose: Highly expressive, offering notes of tart apple, lemon zest, white flowers, and exotic fruits, all underpinned by a refined minerality.
