Tasting Notes & Maturity

This Pinot Noir displays a deep crimson hue. The bouquet is complex and evolving, initially presenting bright red fruits-think Morello cherry and raspberry-layered with subtle forest floor, spice, and a hint of violet. On the palate, it is beautifully structured, yet possesses the renowned 'velvet glove' texture of great Burgundy. The tannins are refined, culminating in a spectacular, lingering finish.
